Do not execute a profile file.

An absolute line number.
e.g. :12 = line number 12
All lines in the file.
e.g. ALL
The first line containing only blank characters.
e.g. BLANK
All lines in the marked block.
e.g. BLOCK
A line with a name, set with [SET] POINT
e.g. .fred
A target relative to the focus line.
e.g. 12 = 12 lines below the focus line
-4 = 4 lines above the focus line
* = all lines below the focus line
-* = all lines above the focus line
A sequence of characters between delimiters.
e.g. /string/ - the first line below the
focus line containing "string"
-/string/ - the first line above the
focus line containing "string"
Targets that reference line flags. See [SET] LINEFLAG
e.g. NEW - the first line added to the file below
the focus line
CHAnged - the first changed in the file below
the focus line
ALTered - the first new line or changed line in
the file below the focus line
TAGged - the first tagged line in the file below
the focus line

Targets may be separated by the boolean operators '&' or '|'.
